The healthcare industry will generate approximately 3 million new jobs by 2016. The U.S. Department of Labor indicates delivering healthcare or related services, is one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy, and there are many different career paths that students can follow to work in this field.
Allied Heatlh professionals are involved with the delivery of services pertaining to the identification, evaluation and prevention of diseases and disorders. They may also provide dietary and nutrition services, rehabilitation services, and can work in other jobs related to health systems management.
